Cancellation Policy
We will charge your credit card for a non-cancelable/non-refundable payment in the full amount of your reservation 10 days prior to your arrival date. You may cancel your reservation up to 11 days prior to your arrival date for a $25 fee. Reservations for more than $1000 require a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of booking with the balance due no later than 10 days prior to arrival paid by check or cash. If your payments are not received or your credit card is declined your booking may be canceled without notice.
Other Policy
We allow pets; however, you must complete a pet registration and release of liability form upon your arrival. You will be charged $15.00 per pet per night. Failure to register your pets will result in eviction and loss of your payment. We do not provide refunds for early departure under any circumstances. We serve a continental breakfast including: pastries, coffee and juice from 8:00am to 10:00am in the lobby. Please come have breakfast with us and get your day started right! Check-in time is 3:00pm check-out time is 11:00am. There are absolutly no refunds for early departure.
