Cancellation Policy
April 20th, 2003 – December 18th , 2003- A deposit of one night is required within 10 days of making a reservation. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. If you make a reservation within 14 days of your arrival date, the entire reservation amount is due at the time your reservation is made. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are subject to forfeiture of the one night deposit. Changing dates or shortening stay is not allowed once final payment is made. There are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures or no shows. DEPARTURES December 19th, 2003 – December 25th, 2003 – A deposit of two nights is required within 10 days of making a reservation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If you make a reservation within 30 days of your arrival date, the entire reservation amount is due at the time your reservation is made. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are subject to forfeiture of the two night deposit. Changing dates or shortening stay is not allowed once final payment is made. There are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures or no shows. OCCUPANCY DURING December 25th, 2003 – December 31st, 2003 – A deposit of two nights is required within 10 days of making a reservation. Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. If you make a reservation within 45 days of your arrival date, the entire reservation amount is due at the time your reservation is made. All payments are non-refundable for reservations overlapping these dates. Changing dates or shortening stay is not allowed once final payment is made.
