*Summer 2004 Deposit and Cancellation Policy Valid April 18, 2004 through December 16, 2004
An advance deposit of one night's stay plus tax is required at the time of booking the reservation. All reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival to receive a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee. All reservations cancelled within 48 hours to arrival will result in forfeiture of entire deposit. Any changes, cancellations, or early departures will result in loss of entire reservation amount after check-in.
*Winter 2004/2005 Deposit and Cancellation Policy Valid December 17-23, 2004 and January 2, 2005 through April 16, 2005
An advance deposit of two night's stay plus tax is required at the time of booking the reservation. All reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee. All reservations cancelled within 14 days to arrival will result in forfeiture of entire deposit. Any changes, cancellations, or early departures will result in loss of entire reservation amount after check-in.
*Christmas Holiday 2004/2005 Cancellation Policy Valid December 24, 2004 through January 1, 2005
An advance deposit of one night's stay plus tax is required at the time of booking if the reservation is made prior to November 10, 2004. The balance of the reservation will be due in full on November 10, 2004. If the reservation is made on November 10, 2004, or after, the full amount will be required at the time of booking. All reservations must be cancelled prior to November 10, 2004, to receive a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled after November 10, 2004 will result in forfeiture of entire amount. Any changes, cancellations, or early departures will result in loss of entire reservation amount after check-in.
