General Policy
Cleaning: All privately owned properties are considered Housekeeping Units. A departure cleaning fee is charged on each reservation. Guests are required to tidy-up and leave the unit in a neat and orderly manner. Routine cleaning after a guest departs includes kitchen and bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, dusting and linen change. Any Excess cleaning which needs to be done will be performed at an additional charge. Daily maid service is available upon request, and arrangements can be made by calling the rental office.
Cleaning fees vary dependant upon the property. These are in addition to the reservation costs.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN FORTY-FIVE DAYS OF THE DATE OF ARRIVAL ARE SUBJECT TO FULL FORFEITURE OF THE RENT.
LAST MINUTE RESERVATIONS (reservations made within 30 days of arrival) REQUIRE A NON-REFUNDABLE GUARANTEE, RENT IN FULL, UNLESS CANCELLED WITHIN 24 HRS. OF MAKING THE RESERVATION.
Deposit Policy
ALL reservations require a non-refundable guarantee of one night's rent or $300.00, whichever is greater, unless cancelled within seven (7) days of making the reservation.
RENT IS DUE 60 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, IN FULL. RENT IS DUE 90 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL FOR HOLIDAYS.
GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO POST A CREDIT CARD VOUCHER (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or Discover) at time of check-in, which will be held as security. If no additional charges, damages, or excess cleaning is incurred during the stay, the voucher will be destroyed 30 days after guests departure.
