Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to check-in date will be charged for one night. IMPORTANT INFORMATION!! See below for the cancellation and payment policies for holidays. President's Day (2/14/03 to 2/17/03),the 4th of July(7/3/03 to 7/6/02) require the first night's room and tax at time of booking. The reservation will be fully charged at 16 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made no less than 7 days prior to arrival will be fully refunded. There is NO REFUND for cancellations at less than 7 days prior to arrival. Christmas and New Year's Reservations:12/21/02 to 1/1/03 We require 1 night room and tax to be charged at time of booking. THIS IS A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. We will charge the balance at 60 days prior to the arrival date. You may cancel up to 31 days prior to arrival and receive all monies back except the non-refundable portion. Cancellations within 31 days will not receive a refund. Check-in 4:00pm Check-out 12 noon.
